How we work

A defined search.
An informed decision.

We agree on the role and hiring steps before outreach, screen against those requirements, and share context both sides can use to evaluate the fit.

  1. 01

    Define the work and requirements

For employers, we clarify the patient population, responsibilities, required credentials, team structure, and available support. For clinicians, we discuss relevant experience and priorities for the next role. Schedule, compensation, location, and timing are part of the conversation from the start.

  2. 02

    Build a focused search

We agree on priorities, communication, and the next steps. Employer search structure, fees, and replacement-search terms are documented before launch. Outreach reflects the actual opportunity and the type of clinician or organization that could fit.

  3. 03

    Introduce with context

Each introduction connects the clinician’s relevant experience and priorities to the agreed role. We explain interest, practical requirements, and questions to resolve in interviews. Clinicians decide which employers may receive their résumé and identifying information.

  4. 04

    Support interviews and the transition

We coordinate conversations, share available context, and keep feedback moving. Both sides can evaluate the offer, clarify expectations, and discuss transition timing. The decision always belongs to the employer and clinician.

We raise mismatches and unanswered questions before they become surprises in the hiring process.

Questions about fees, timing, or confidentiality?

What an employer receives

The context behind a candidate introduction.

Alongside the résumé, we explain the information discussed in recruiting screening. This outline shows the areas covered; it is not a candidate profile or a claim about a completed placement.

Relevant experience
Care settings, patient populations, responsibilities, and examples connected to the agreed role.
Interest and practical requirements
Why the clinician is considering the opportunity, plus location, schedule, compensation expectations, and timing.
Qualifications and open questions
Reported credentials, requirements still to verify, and concerns or gaps worth exploring in interviews.
Permission and next steps
The clinician’s approval for the introduction and the next conversation needed to evaluate the match.
